First class children have been very busy this term.

We have been very creative; drawing self portraits, making hedgehog mosaics and creating Eloise Renouf inspired trees. We had a Halloween crafts day where we created Colour Wheel Monsters, Skeletons, Haunted House Sunset Silhouettes and bats or ghosts.

As part of Maths week, we created shape monsters and used our problem solving skills to work out many tricky problems. We even got to complete some Dinosaur problems with Ms. Dolan.

We’ve been working hard as historians this term. We interviewed our parents or grandparents about their time in school. We got to go on a historic walk with Martin Curley to see the old schools and observe the changes in maps over time.
